Getting sales orders is all about managing the relationship with the prospective customer or client.  Of course, there are a few details to managing that relationship into an order, and that is where BestFit Business Manager (BBM) comes in.

Eliminate pricing abuses
Price control and flexibility are inherent in BestFit Business Manager because it contains a sophisticated pricing engine which integrates with the accounting software. 

Generate Quotes/Proposals quickly
As you can see in the screenshot below, a great deal of information can be attached to the quote, and referenced later.  The information shown inside this window is easily inserted into your standard quotation or proposal template.  A list of alternate clauses to your proposals can be developed and inserted at the appropriate places for a fast-flexible quoting process.

Items are quickly added from a listing of products or services, each with its own pricing table.  As items are added to the quote, the software keeps track of costs and profitability.  So, poor business cannot be accidentally quoted.

Find out what brings you business
The screenshot below shows several quotations which have been made and their current status.  Powerful search capabilities are included to give you the ability to discover, immediately, pending business and reveal what actions can be taken to close the business. 
 

Automatic Forecasting
End forecasting agony.  Quotes become part of the forecast as soon as they are generated, with no effort on the part of the sales person.  As long as the status of the quote is kept up to date, the probability assigned to that quote will give the proper weighting in the forecast.  Sales managers may call up forecast reports at any time by sales period, sales person, product (or service), etc.


Conversion of Quotes to Orders (Eliminates double data entry)
When Business MGR is linked to an accounting package, a quotation can be converted into an order with a mouse-click (or a few more, depending on accounting software).  If there are last minute changes by the customer, you can edit the quote and then process the order.  Since the pricing is drawn from the accounting software, and the sales manager establishes the pricing rules, order entry is fast! 


The screenshot below gives some idea of the power of this feature.  For business that has some service aspect, the order can be made into a project or contract with only a few key clicks.
