BestFit Business Manager allows you to quickly set up and manage projects.  Projects are created with a few key clicks following acceptance of an order. 

Schedule and Complete Tasks
A flexible scheduling process allows you to pre-schedule or schedule as required.  See the easy to use window below.

 
If the projects are repetitive, that is requiring the same tasks, then they can be pre-scheduled with workflow and selected when the project is created.  This eliminates having to manually schedule each task, and reduces errors in scheduling.

Don’t Lose Project Details
Each project has a multitude of details, and keeping them all together shouldn’t be an issue, yet often is.  BestFit Business Manger keeps all of the details, documents, and financial information together with the project.  You will never hunt for project information again.  The screenshot below shows a project and the tabs, each of which contains information relevant to the project.

Project Costs
As tasks are completed, costs are accounted, including any materials used in the task, for later records or direct billing to the client.  Any costs incurred by external vendors who contribute to the project can also be collected and recorded.  Charges by those vendors will be passed through to the accounting system for payment once the work is approved by the project manager.

Change Order Management
When changes become necessary, change orders are entered against the affected item.  The change order retains its link to the original task, and can have both time and material charged against it.  Changes in tasks and projected completion times are captured and associated with the appropriate project.

Project Reports, Detailing Activities and Costs
You can give customers and clients all the information they need for their projects simply by selecting the appropriate report.  Last minute notes can be included as part of the report once the report is on the screen.  Print with a click or export as a PDF document for attachment to email.
